1. Program Description

MASA Insurance Services, Inc. may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, service updates, and, for users who separately consent, promotional offers. Message frequency may vary.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize MASA Insurance Services, Inc. to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the 10-digit long code number we message you from, 1-954-335-5302. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Voice Recording and Monitoring Consent

You agree and consent that MASA Insurance Services, Inc. may record or monitor communications made by you during any calls you make to or receive from us, as permitted by applicable federal and state law. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you expressly consent to such recording or monitoring for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASA Insurance Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or communications programs.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
